This is NOT "Live-Bidding" but a way in which we can bid for you in your absence. We will accept bids via our web site until NOON (Eastern Time) on Friday, February 5th
, 20010 after which time you will no longer be able to submit bids using our site. Any
bids following that time will have to be made either live at the Gala or by using the cell phone numbers (517) 740-5230 Debbie LaMay ~OR~ (248) 933-1480 Muriel Herrick. We will not be
updating the site after February 5th at noon. We
will make every attempt to contact our bidders by phone as a courtesy, BUT
CANNOT GUARANTEE IT! Therefore we encourage you
to pre-set limits with one of our phone numbers provided to ensure your bid upon a dropped call or no contact's.
ATTENTION TO ALL- The MMHBF Board of Directors is in NEED of board candidates,
we cannot continue without support from our memebers we need some new people to help carry on the vision of the Morgan Breeders
Futurity. This is a volunteer position and there is lots of work to be done to prepare for 2010. Please contact
a board member if interested.

JULY 1, 2009…….…...Futurity Nominations Due Late
nominations accepted with 50%-added nomination fee until August 1 or with 100%-added nomination fee until one hour before
the session in which the horse’s Futurity class is scheduled. AUGUST 1, 2009……..Show Entries Due
Post entries accepted after August 1 with $25 per horse post entry fee. Post entries for Sweepstakes
(#90 & #91) accepted with double entry fees plus, if applicable, $25 per horse post entry fee. Post
entries for Sweepstakes must be completed by NOON Friday, August 21, 2009.

HORSE SHOW HIGHLIGHTS New Location and Format – 3 Full days of
classes begin Thursday morning and continue through Saturday evening at the Michigan State Fair Coliseum. Sweepstakes
Night – Join us Friday Evening for our two Sweepstakes Classes and Exhibitors Party. Everyone
is invited! RaDon Weanling Spectacular – Friday Evening at 6:30
pm. $15,000 to be awarded to the Top Ten. Additional $15,000 Bonus Prize Money to be shared equally among
any “auction get” placing in the Top Ten! Yearling In-Hand Sweepstakes Shown by an Amateur – Friday
Evening following the weanling sweepstakes. $5400 to be awarded to the Top Ten! $500-Added
Junior Horse Park Harness & Park Saddle Stakes –
Both classes generously sponsored by Damian Hyde. $630
Prize Money for Futurity 2-Yr-Old Pleasure Driving –
Made possible by donations received at the 2009 Gala Fundraiser. Expanded
Class Offerings for Junior Exhibitors and Junior Horses
– Offerings include Walk-Trot championships,
AMHA Medal classes, MJMHA Medal classes, UPHA Challenge Cup, Junior Horse championships, and Amateur Masters classes. Trainer
Incentive Drawing – Trainers who donated a month of training to Gala 2009 and also bring horses to the
2009 Horse Show will be entered in a $500 drawing at the show! Pot Of Gold Program – At least $1400
to be awarded to the top four Futurity 4-year-olds! Double points for performance classes for 2 and 3 year olds! Prize
Money – Over $66,000 total prize money offered for the show! Point-Approved – MJMHA,
MHSA and USEF HOSPITALITY Coffee and Donuts – Thursday, Friday and Saturday Mornings. Exhibitors
Party – Friday evening after last class. EVERYONE IS INVITED! MORE
